The IBM Business Competition is an annual business competition dedicated for high schoolers across Indonesia, held by the International Business Management (IBM), at Petra Christian University, which aims to incite the high schoolers’ ingenuity before entering the real-life business world. The competition, which was held over the course of three days, was designed to cultivate business competencies that are essential for the participants’ future, be it cognitive, interpersonal, and a variety of other expertise. This year, the theme of the competition, Journey to the Unmapped, required the participants to use their creativity, analytical skills, and teamwork in both the online and offline contexts.
