Dr. Ricky joined Petra Christian University as a lecturer in 1998 and has been passionate about teaching ever since. In fact, he pursued and earned a doctorate degree in Education from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. Prior to earning his doctorate, Dr. Ricky obtained a Master’s degree in Real Estates at the University of New South Wales, Australia. In addition to teaching, Dr. Ricky also has extensive experience in leadership since he served as the Head of the International Business Management Program before studying in the United Kingdom. After earning his doctorate, he served as the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics from 2017-2021. Dr. Ricky now continues to pursue his research interest in international business leadership and strategy and in servant leadership while still doing the activity that he is passionate about, which is teaching.
